A couple of tips for trying new products :)
I usually google reviews for new items I have never gotten to try to hear about through my girls, if there are no reviews or the reviews seem biased (you can usually tell if the reviewer is employed by or receives incentives from the company by checking out past reviews, if they are all from similar companies and dont mention other brands then use your own judgement on the review) I usually try to find an online coupon to print off or load to my phone in email or coupon applications. If I cannot find any deals I will then try to find the product at walmart or walgreens since they have awesome return policies and keep your receipt! I put mine in my wallet and keep it in there until I am sure I love the product. If I hate it I return it and try something new :)
